Dallis Cavallaro for HOA Board

My family and I have lived in this community since August 2020, and I would be honored to serve on the Terrace’s Board of Directors.
I am a licensed criminal law attorney and run my own law firm located in Orange County. Over the years, I have served on the Board of Directors for multiple non-profit organizations and legal associations, including the Orange County Bar Association, the Newport Harbor Bar Association, Project Youth Orange County, and various animal rescue groups.
Before starting my own law firm, I practiced real estate law with a focus on representing homeowners in disputes with their HOAs, which included representation during both mediation and litigation. I have reviewed and analyzed countless CC&Rs, Rules and Regulations, Architectural Guidelines, and the many other documents that govern homeowner associations, and I have a deep understanding of the rights and responsibilities of both an HOA and its homeowners.
If I am selected to serve on the Board, I plan to restore transparency and communication with homeowners, ensure homeowner concerns are addressed respectfully and timely, implement a plan to restore financial stability, maintain our community’s unique culture and landscaping, and increase community involvement and overall satisfaction amongst homeowners.
I feel blessed to live in this community filled with charming landscaping and wonderful neighbors, and I would be honored to serve in a leadership role to ensure it continues to thrive in a way that both serves the homeowners and increases property values.
Kyle Schneider for HOA Board

My name is Kyle Schneider, and I have been a proud homeowner and resident of the Terraces for the past two years. I am excited to put my name forward as a candidate for the HOA Board.
My professional background is in architecture and construction, and I currently work for a large owner of apartment communities. In my role, I manage construction projects with a focus on maintaining and enhancing the quality of our buildings. This includes developing project scopes, soliciting and reviewing proposals, selecting vendors, executing contracts, and overseeing both project execution and budgets.
If elected, my primary vision is to help make the Terraces the best living experience possible for all residents. I believe the HOA Board exists to serve the community, and I will bring a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset to every discussion. I am committed to transparency, responsible decision-making, and ensuring our property remains a safe, beautiful, and well-maintained place to call home.
Thank you for your consideration.
Jay Torres for HOA Board

My family and I have been living at The Terraces since 2023 and we love our home and our community. I am running for the HOA board because I care about our community and want it to be the best place that it can be.
I graduated from UC Irvine with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and I now run my own business as a sales engineer. In my professional work, my job is to take complex ideas and explain them to my customers, provide technical support, give presentations, and manage HVAC construction projects from design, equipment procurement, and seamless installation.
I feel that a lot of the things I’m great at in my professional life will help in contributing to running an efficient HOA. I can see the many ways on how we can improve the HOA. We will strive to be transparent in all that we do, figure out how we can build up our financials, and run the HOA efficiently. I love this community and I’m proud to live here. I’m eager to join the board and serve the community.
Brian Greenwald for HOA Board

I have lived in the Terraces since 2020, and served on the Terraces Board from 2023–2024.
For 13 years, I have been a case manager at a mental health outpatient treatment center. I am also a business owner, owning and operating three group homes. I am currently studying to obtain my Nurse Practitioner license and am an avid mountain biker.
I would be honored to serve on the Terrace’s Board with the goal of improving the relationship between homeowners and property management, evaluating and managing cash flow, and improving transparency and communication so homeowners better understand the Terrace’s budget and financial situation.
Marissa Meyer for HOA Board

I’m running for the HOA board because I deeply believe in giving back to the community we call home. As a mom of two young daughters, my family and I are invested here for the long term and I want to ensure The Terraces thrives for years to come.
Being a good neighbor matters to me. Whether it’s lending a hand, listening with care, or finding practical solutions, I’ll bring that same spirit of collaboration to the HOA. As someone who values thriftiness in my own life, I’ll apply the same principle to the HOA in making smart, budget-friendly decisions aiming to reduce cost without compromising standards.
This community is special, and as part of the HOA, I’ll work to ensure it reflects the needs and vision of the neighbors who make it so wonderful.
